Sausage Making Supplies

What kind of "Outpost" would we be if we didn't have supplies for making your own sausage?! As lots of folks know, Greg has been in the sausage and meat industry all his life, so it made sense to add sausage making supplies to our ever-growing inventory.

We have come up with a supply of fabulous spices and seasonings to make your own Salami, Breakfast Sausage, Bratwurst, Summer Sausage and Sweet Italian Sausage, together with the collagen casings needed to make your own sausage!

We've been selling these products in our store since November, 2005 with great success and have now decided to offer them to our on-line customers as well! Additionally, at the request of our in-store customers, we now have our very own Jerky Seasoning added to our line-up!
